1. How do I tell if I am paid for this session?
Look at the spreadsheet. The third column tells your normal amount due, the second column shows if you paid or not. If the second column is the same as the third, then you still owe.
If you have paid the second column will show check number (or PP or Venmo or cash), amount, and date paid.
2. What if I paid but my payment isn’t showing on the spreadsheet?
I will update the spreadsheet on the weekends. So if you paid on Tuesday, it will not show up until the following Monday. If it has been a week and still isn’t showing then send me a copy of the cashed check or proof of PayPal or Venmo payment so I can update my records.
3. What are accepted forms of payment?
Cash, check, Venmo or PayPal. If you pay with PayPal choose the Friends and Family option or add $3 per $75 paid because paypal takes out fees.
4. What paperwork is needed?
I need Current rabies information (vaccine or titer) for all dogs. The date rabies is next due is listed on the spreadsheet. If this date has past, I will need a new certificate. I also need a completed registration and agreement.
5. What is the weather cancellation policy?
Always check your email before class. In case of bad weather, I will try to email by 7am for the morning classes and 2:30pm for the evening classes.
We cancel if Ephrata Schools cancel, or if the feels like temps are below 10 degrees or over 95 degrees. (I am checking on weather.com) . If Ephrata schools have a 2 hour delay we cancel morning classes.
6. What is the Rocky Creek Dog Agility missed class policy?
If I cancel for any reason you will get credit for the next paid session. If you cancel for any reason you may schedule a make up. Note: Make ups cannot be during your normal class and you can only accumulate 4 make ups.
7. For which Holidays does RCDA close?
Independence Day, we usually close for the entire week, we might not if it falls on the weekend. Thanksgiving, we always close the entire week. Christmas and New Years, we close for at least one full week and usually two weeks. We do NOT close for Monday Holidays.
8. What should I do if I cannot attend class.
If you are unable to attend class please let Kim and your teacher know as soon as possible.

10. What do I do if I cannot continue with lessons?
If you are not going to continue with lessons please let Kim know by week
If you have any make ups they need to be taken before you quit.
11. What is the Policy Regarding Tuition
Tuition is due by the 2nd week of class. We prefer you pay the first week, but we understand many people forget the check the first week. (If you miss week 2 and you haven't paid yet, you should mail the check to Rocky Creek, 110 Hahnstown Rd, Ephrata, PA 17522 or paypal -- FRIENDS AND FAMILY OPTION -- agilecockers@hotmail.com)
12. Where can I put my payment?
Please put your check in one of the following places:
black mailbox in the building,
blue mailbox on the deck outside of the agility building, cash register in my office.
Cash should be in envelopes with your name on them, checks do not need an envelope since your name is on it.
